Modern villa located in an elevated area in the Cas Mut neighbourhood, in an area with views of the sea and the old town of Ibiza, DALT Vila.
The house has two floors, one for the night area with 4 bedrooms with their respective en-suite bathrooms and the other lower floor, with the day area, the kitchen and the access to the terrace and pool.
