The stone facade is of an extraordinary ornamental wealth, with various allegorical elements to the textile activity, very relevant at the time and present throughout the building, especially with the sculpture of a spinner at the top of the facade.

The wrought iron of the railings and balconies, the elevator cabin rich in ornamentation, the different floors of modernist hydraulic mosaic, the carved wooden gate of the main entrance, the modernist lamps, the ceramics, the mosaics and enamels, the porcelains and the marble, the coffered ceilings of wood and plaster with different allegories to the nature, the leaded windows of floral elements, the amplitude of the entrance of carriages, current access to the private parking, etc.

In combination with all these restored old elements, the most modern and quality services have also been incorporated, with the purpose of using the estate as a building for corporate offices of high standing offices.

The meticulous restoration, together with the subsequent and continuous maintenance of the building, has made the building a symbol of the Diputación street and, also, of the city of Barcelona.
